when i take a break from painting, usually a few months long, i start making sketches as a way of practice, but also as a way of breaking the monotony of both brush stroke and visial heirarchies. Here are some of those sketches.

i prefer to paint, although i am considering picking up a fine ink set. Right now, i am just using regular fountain pens.
